Comfortable little weights
These are comfortable little weights. I’ve been wearing them around my ankles. I wear them all day when I’m walking around my house doing chores on the weekend. I ran a mile in them and also jumped on my rebounder and they were perfectly comfortable. I wouldn’t wear them on bare skin though. I wore them over leggings. Either long socks or leggings would work as a comfortable barrier. I’ll probably get another set to wear on my wrists soon!

Very comfortable. The wide Velcro makes the fit snug, and it's breathable elastic so it wasn't sweaty. Happy with my purchase.

A little awkward but i still like them
These are stiff and a little awkward to wear with my watch also on my wrist.I’ve been wearing then about 10 days so far while i do chores around the house.

Mic boom counterweight
Used both bands together for a counterweight to put on a microphone boom stand. That worked to keep the boom from constantly drooping from the weight of the mic!
