Yes-I put it on every morning after I shower. I let it dry for about 10 minutes, apply a prescription rosacea cream, let it dry for about 10 minutes, then apply makeup as usual.

Water, azeleic acid, propylene glycol, rosa damascena flower extract, cetearyl alcohol, isohexadexane, ethylhexyl palmitate, caprylic/capric, caprylic triglycerides, dimethicone glyceryl steareate, PEG-100 stereate, polyacrylate crosspolymer-6, cetearyl glucoside, niacinamide, tranexamic acid, phenoxyethanol, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, pelargonium graveolens extract, sodium hyaluronate, gentelia asiatica extract, polygonum cuspitadum root extract, camilla sinensis leaf extract, glycirrhiza glabra root extract. Whew! On looking at this I see what looks to me like 6 floral/plant extracts, plus possible coconut derived ingredients, and a bunch of other chemicals. I'd be happier with just the azeleic acid in a cream base (yes I know cream base is a chemical mix) with nothing else. And in fact that is available via some canadian pharmacies with a prescription for 20% cream, manufactured by Bayer, although there have been some supply chain problems.
