DysonV11 Extra Cordless Vacuum Cleaner - Nickel/Red, Large

This vacuum is so lightweight, yet sucks up everything so well that it is really unbelievable. I've bought countless vacuums over the years. Most that work (suck) well are super heavy or have cords that you have to drag around that come unplugged. This vacuum has a charging cord, but is cordless when using. I am able to vacuum my entire upstairs and downstairs without running even low on battery life. It manuevers easily and is made of really nice quality material. It looks sharp and it is quiet in comparison with others. I could not possibly love the thing more than I do. If you need a vacuum. I HIGHLY recommend this Dyson.

I was expecting a great product due to the reviews other people gave and I must say I was shocked. The quality of the materials feels great and brings various accessories. It has 3 power levels and they work very well. At first, I tried the highest level and it got out of battery very easily, but then realized that the Eco mode which is the lowest level, works just fine to vacuum your floor and the rug. And Eco mode lasts a lot of time so it's great. It's so easy to handle that I enjoy vacuuming with my Dyson.The cons I would say is that it feels quite heavy, and after vacuuming for a while you'll need to change hands. Other than that I love it.

Ordered this to replace an old Dyson handheld, it would only last a couple of minutes even in extended run mode. This one is awesome, great suction, great battery life, great accessories! Couldn't be happier. This thing is the Iphone of vacuums, works well, easy to use, and absolutely destroys any other vacuums. It filters the air going through really well, tested it myself with a fog machine and no smoke/fog would come out the other end. This thing is great for vacuuming at home, your car, and any other case. It's easy to use, powerful, and battery lasts forever! I used this to clean two cars fully without recharging and it still had plenty of charge left! I am very thorough with cleaning and do double, triple, and quadruple passes to clean everything to the max. Best vacuum ever.

This is a very well rounded product. there are attachments for just about every vacuuming scenario and it has the power to actually handle nearly any task.Shockingly, the most powerful setting is actually too strong for certain use cases. so most often I operate it at the medium setting.The downsides of this vacuum are the battery life and the canister size.If you intend to do a ton of non-stop cleaning, drag a little trash can around with you and have another battery ready. For me neither of those was a major issue. some messes I'd need to dump the canister 2-3 times, but I don't think I ever ran into an issue where the battery died faster than my will to clean.Main complaint I have with it is that the attachment storage isn't very good. I think it all can fit on there, but I've never really gotten it all to work, the attachments just live on a shelf.

I did not buy the model with the smallest canister and I am glad I went up a size in canister. I am also glad I did not buy the heaviest cordless vac as this one is just right. If it was any heavier, might be harder to handle (I am 61 and in good shape but I do have terrible arthritis in my finger joints). I was a little worried that having to press the button all of the time while I am actually sweeping was going to be cumbersome but it is not too bad. I really love the suction on this sweeper. I hardly get out my big Dyson anymore as this one is much lighter, no cord to mess with and suction is just as good if not better.

Seriously disappointed in this product. It was NOT inexpensive, and its price has gone up considerably in the time since we bought it. Initially, it seemed to work well, and was easier to lug around than our Dyson Animal—which for someone of 4'9" stature is a serious challenge—though the Animal has cleaned up pet hair, litter, and household dirt quite well for many years. It was the function and longevity of the Animal which prompted our purchase of the V11 Extra for what we thought would be 'ease of. use.' Oh, was that ever a mistake. The honeymoon was over when it came time to empty the unit. (And it needs to be emptied often!) It's awkward to empty, and makes an awful mess in the process. It has to be taken outside, otherwise the chamber spews dirt everywhere you've just cleaned. But here's the thing, we kept blaming ourselves for having so much pet hair… whereas it's the vacuum's fault for its poor, or now non-existent performance. And forget about picking up kibble or litter most of which it just spits right back out. It's just really badly designed. After a month of light use, it began showing the 'clogged pipe' icon. But the pipe was not clogged. We thought a dirty filter might be triggering it, but it still displayed right after filter-cleaning. Then we began reading comments on the internet. We were not the only frustrated ones. Giving this a '1 Star' is generous. Don't waste your money.

I’m a retired Veteran with two Purple Hearts and so far I’m very pleased with my Dyson V11 it’s lightweight very easy to maneuver easy to use and powerful suction. This Vacuum does not have the Suction of my Dyson Animal Vacuum but so much easier for me to maneuver if I get fifteen years out of this Vacuum like I did my last Dyson it’s definitely worth the money it took me almost two years of looking and shopping for a Battery operated Vacuum that I could use and this Dyson V11 is great I highly recommended it especially for a person such as my self that has a hard time getting around, this is the Vacuum for me.

Love it! Cleans well. Easy to use. Can vacuum my whole house on 1 charge.
