Extremely firm foam…very tall too
This is the firmest memory foam I’ve ever encountered. I had to dig foam out of my regular pillow to form a well to then center this pillow in.

I have suffered with side sleeping where my ear goes numb. This has been a life saver.

Works Well for Piercings, But Hard
Been using this a few weeks now so that I could sleep on my side with ear piercings. The Pros: I love that it is tall enough for your ear to stay floating. The hole is the perfect size with extra space. It’s affordable and memory foam. The Cons: It is so hard that at the beginning, it really hurt my neck. It needs to be made softer. The pillow case is useless because there is no hole. I had to use a large case and shove the fabric in the hole. I feel like the pillow also isn’t big enough to hold my face. It needs another inch around. That being said, I’m happy with it because it helps my piercing, but I wish it was more comfy.
