Solid, Quality Lock That Works Well
This padlock has worked very well for me. I use it to keep our dog’s crate door closed, as she juggles it open and escapes and wreaks havoc on everything in sight. (Don’t worry, in the case of an emergency, the key is close by and we have notes posted on both of our doors for the fire department.) The slim size of this lock is perfect but yet this lock is heavy for its size. It is a great, solid lock and locks and unlocks smoothly and quickly. Very happy with this purchase.

Nice Lock
Bigger than I thought. Took a bit of fiddling to get the key in the lock the first time. Was not that intuitive. Does the job.

I needed a particularly large padlock for a special use, and of the 100s of padlocks out there, literally no other lock fit the bill except this one. It fit the the size requirement perfectly. But because of its relatively light duty construction, I could only give it a Four Star rating.

Decent, but don’t use them to protect your favorite Rembrandt
They don’t seem like they’ll be very strong, and will probably break apart with a crowbar.However, they are still a good deterrent, and the item they are protecting isn’t worth the effort for a thief to break two of these things.

KIND OF A BIG LOCK
This lock is alot bigger then i thought it would be. I used it to replace one on a shed. These locks dont do good in the weather unless you lubricate them. The brass part of this is huge. I dont know why. Its clearly made in china..it says so and is stamped on one side of it. its not like the american locks , meaning its a giant in comparison.. but it works like a lock should..Its good enough for a shed that you dont care if anyone gets in it. It will never be a security lock.

Just the right size padlock I was looking for , To bad it wont stay latched !I locked my snowmobile trailer with it when I received it in late October 2018 , I towed the trailer today 12-2-18 to gas up the sled and the lock was popped open when I got there !! , Turns out that you can lock it and pull it open by Hand ! (JUNK made in China)
