Tea tastes great with honey. Soothes menstrual cramps. Not sure if it balances hormones like it says it does.

Just started using it, give me 2weeks and I’ll do a follow up review, also I don’t drink tea with sugar, so this threw me off a little, that’s my only problem, or perhaps I made it too strong.
