Very, very nice device!
I had surgery on my neck years ago and have damaged areas, so I am getting quite a bit of use out of this. It feels like a TENS device with really good settings but is much easier to use.First let me go over some of the specs. It’s charged via USB, has controls both via a remote and on the side of the device. It has a number of modes. It has a heat function. It is lightweight and of substantial construction. It is easy to use because the contacts are built into the device and it slips on like a half-collar. If you don’t use heat the charge lasts a LONG time. With heat you’ll have about 50 minutes. It charges in a few hours. It has settings that are called various things, like shiatsu, tapping and cupping, but I just did trial and error and found one that has a combination that works well for me. It can be set so it’s pretty intense, so start low. I very much enjoy this kind of TENS stimulation as it relaxes my neck. I keep it by my computer and use it daily. It is small and easy to use and there is no complicated set-up to deal with. That makes it much more accessible than other devices where I have to deal with cords, wires or sticky contacts. This means I use it often. Anything big and complicated, well, it tends to sit and collect dust. This is the opposite. This feels high-quality and is comfortable in my neck. The only thing I would ask for is an on/off on the remote. You can use the remote for everything else, but not on/off.Also, make sure the contacts are in good “contact” with your neck or you’ll get what feels like static electricity. If you feel that just turn off and reposition.I’m very happy with this item.

YEOWCH! Be careful of the neck contact pads!
My wife wanted me to try this device---early Papa's Day gift---and I quickly discovered that it was like a tens unit, without the sticky pads.My neck issue is not tired, sore muscles, it is neurological in nature (severe spinal stenosis that compresses my spinal cord, and impinges nerve roots in my right neck & shoulder), so this device is useless to alleviate my pain...Also, I have a fairly thick neck (the young lady in the pic on the device box has the neck of a gazelle, so, for her, it must be comfortable to use), and the side pads were compressing my carotids on both sides, making me feel woozy...when I tried to gently pull the device side pads apart to relieve the pressure, I inadvertently caused one of the contact pads to lose contact on the back of my neck---and it felt like I got tasered on my neck, the shock was so bad! And the same thing happened to my wife when she put it on---she shrieked when the pad lost contact on her neck!!! 😳⚡SO...to say that this device is not for me/us is a mega-understatement...anyone looking to purchase any device like this one (or others), be advised that it is for MUSCULAR neck pain only---and for Pete's sake, do NOT adjust it on yer neck when the device is ON!!! Turn it OFF before you touch it!!! 🫣😱

Small but Mighy
I was quite surprised at how strong this neck massager was. The first day I tried it I could only use it on the lowest setting, but I’ve been using it everyday for a week now, and after trying the different massage modes at different intensity levels I can definitely feel a bit of relief. The electric pulses feel like sharp little zaps which may be painful at first, but at the lowest setting is tolerable. After a few days of using the massager I was able to increase it 1-2 more levels. I found the tapping and shiatsu settings to be the most effective, while the acupuncture mode was the least comfortable in my opinion. Depending on your level of neck pain/tension, there’s a setting that may be effective for almost anyone. This neck massager is very powerful and packs quite the punch and will loosen up a stiff neck quickly. I also liked how quiet it is and how easy it is to use. The remote that comes with it is quite convenient as well. If you’re looking for something different than a standard neck massager this might be what you’re looking for.

Next generation of neck pain relief from Comfier!
On my a few of last visits to a physical therapist, he used a TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulator) to relieve the pain on my lower back. TENS a non-invasive pain relief mechanism that uses low-voltage electrical current delivered through the skin to stimulate nerves to release endorphin and reduce pain feeling. Basically, the physical therapist put a device that includes multiple electrodes on my back near the pain source through which the electrical impulses. My lower back feels tingling of different degree which is because of the electric current is transmitted to my nerve through the skin. My back feels substantially better after a few treatments, and I was very impressed by the pain reducing effect by TENS, after each run of 15-20 min.Last week on a whim I searched in Amazon to see if there are TENS massagers available. I came across this Comfier TENS which is designed to reduce the pain on the neck. Today almost everyone who works before a computer has neck pain. I decided to pull the trigger and give it a shot. After having used this device for 3 days my conclusion is that this TENS from Comfier has exceeded my expectation. The Comfier TENS functions appear to have 5-6 modes including tapping, cupping, scraping, shiatsu, acupuncture, etc., the intensify of each can be adjusted through tapping the “+” or “-“ button on the remote. My sweetest intensity is about 10 (when the device is on, the intensity is the lowest, so by 10 I mean I click “+” 10 times), and at such an intensity my skin is tingling but not very painful. The real beauty about TENS is that my neck feels so good one hour after one run, probably because endorphin releases in a delayed manner after use.It appears that when the TENS is on, the two electrodes are also heating, which adds to extra benefit of improving blood circulation on the neck.It also appears that the two tips of device also have heating feature, which can be run simultaneously or separately from the nerve stimulation function.
