FMS 9g Digital Metal Gear Reverse Servo (460mm Wire)

I really didn’t want to wait 14 days for FMS to send me these servos from mainland China. This was a perfect alternative. Same servos as on the official site. I’ve got mine installed and they’re working perfectly. Pull out those plastic gear servos in your RC aircraft rudder and elevator. And put these bad boys in. You will NOT regret it.

At first I was impressed, it’s a metal gear reverse servo, should be good and strong, reliable, it’s intended use was for my small foam plane takeoff and landing flap servo for one wing, got it installed, aligned, and tested 3-4 times before putting the wing on the plane, no binding no issues, then the first time I put the wing on the plane, the thing appeared to have stripped itself out, and is now useless…

Cheaply made at a premium price, but if you fly FMS, they change the tabs so that if you want to put a different brand in you have to cut off the tabs.I get about 10 flights on my fms planes before a servo goes bad; their planes are awesome though; they would be even better if they had spectrum smart receivers.

I LIKE THAT THIS SERVO HAS METAL GEARS AND IS A GOOD CHOICE FOR RUDDER DUTY ON AN AIRPLANE WITH A RUDDER DRIVEN TAIL WHEEL.

Used these servos to replace the analog plastic gear servos in my FMS Pitts biplane 1400mm. Haven’t flown the plane with these new servos yet cuz it’s been too cold outside. The original elevator servo had a broken gear, so I had to replace it. I don’t think FMS even offers their old analog servos anymore. These new digital ones fit right into the holes in the fuselage for the original servos. They are dead quiet, and operate very smoothly.

I'm so tired to get fals information and being lied to on some product that come from china.This servos are supossed to be Metal Gear.I don't know in what category METAL GEAR falls in China, but we expect here in the US it to be full METAL GEAR and not some king of mix (plastic and metal gears)It realy is allmost like fraud to cal this METAL GEAR.Crappy product, I expected to get a better product from FMS.FMS shame on you.
