GREAT laptop
This computer was the easiest thing i had to setup in a long time. I bought it for my mom but i tested it out and it’s amazing great build quality, perfect size, very fast, and has a great battery life. I am definitely going to be buying myself one of these soon.

Good Value with USB-3 Charging Port
I bought an Elitebook last year for roughly $4500.00This 8th Gen Elitebook was a great value at $230.00 (used)The screen is in decent condition, and the overall condition is good. There are minor scratches on the shell, but it is a used laptop, after all.Overall, I give it 4 stars, and 5-stars for the value.

Delivered damaged and charger didn’t work
I got the laptop and it was actually packaged nicely. I opened it to check it out and instantly noticed a crack on the keyboard, dent on the vents at the bottom and scuffs all over.I was going to let it slide because I needed this laptop for work, but then I noticed that the laptop was clearly being used. There was a top 20 2022 Punjabi YouTube playlist favorited.I was going to reformat it and deal with it. Last straw was the charger did not work. The unit shut down and I have not been able to get this unit to work. I already requested a refund and will have to shop for another laptop asap.

Only issue is error msg about audio device. Device outside this one issue is good.

Decent laptop for the price.
The charger gets really hot if you try to use the laptop while it's charging, but this it true to varying degrees of most barrel plug chargers. The battery life is ok. Good port configuration. Nice specs for the price. I was a little weary of the preinstalled Windows 10 OS, as I'm a bit paranoid about security. So I Reset my Bios and Wiped the Drive then started with a fresh install f Windows 11 pro, which auto activated with the key associated with the PC already. This computer probably has 2-3 years of relevancy left before you'd really need to upgrade. I even use it for lite 3D Modeling and Slicing for my Printers.

Decent refurbished laptop, a few issues
These refurbished laptops are decent for the price. The first one I ordered (and returned) did not support windows 11. The second one was literally spray painted, they did a good job but if you look closely you can tell. Unfortunately they did not think to cover the exhaust grill on the bottom so the motherboard has paint on it. Also the keyboard was not working properly, so I installed a replacement. Everything seems to be working OK and I am satisfied based what I spent. That said not everyone will be willing to replace the keyboard like I did. I bought the 2 year warranty just in case.
