This headphone is the best that I ever had! Its comfortable soft earpads doesn't create stress on ears during the long sessions, I think I have used it for 3-4hrs straight and doesn't feel a thing which we don't while trying out a new headset. The quality of wires, aluminium frame and and accessibilty for both PCs & Mobile devices at this budget is damn good.Ahh the RGB, the transition mode just light up my den and its like a treat to the eyes. Also the mic is very clear, when used in noisy background the other person can clearly hear the voice of mine while it eliminates the background noises. For this I will give this headphone 5 stars.Now coming to the sound, first I would like to announce this to the fellow gamers that you shoudn't wait, its 7.1 surround sound literally make you #SwitchToGod(like their tagline) while playing Valorant, CS GO, BGMI.For me it's 5 out of 5stars!

Liked the overall performance and quality of the product. Surround sound works good. However, i did not like two things.First there is no indication when you turn on or turn off the 7.1 surround sound. Second I felt the mic length is a little bit short, it does the job well but still I felt it is short.It's good for gaming and normal usage, but doesn't perform good when heavy bass music is played.

Edit after replacement unit came :In comparison to cosmic byte equinox Europa 7.1 the 7.1 lacks as the software is just bad while the hardware of headphones is pretty goodQuality of drivers: 8.5/10( as single driver in each ear cup where as u get dual drivers in each ear cup in Europa 7.1 at almost 1k lower price )Design & build : 10/10Software : 3/10 ( the software makes this amazing headphones a decent enough headphones)Mic : 9/10Inline control : 6/10 (the inline control buttons don't have rgb or any light on them so can't tell if 7.1 is on or not without pressing it )I don't why cosmic byte did this but they have so good software on previous headphones but this software doesn't have xear7.1 or you can't even adjust RGB with software .Trust me if software was even as the same as previous Europa 7.1 this headphone will literally beat any headphone under 5k segment but the software really brings it downAnother con is that you can't switch to studio 24bit quality in Windows sound settings as the quality and sample rate is locked at 16 bitThe replacement unit is way better as no buzzing noise when headphones don't have anything playing and before on my previous unit the 7.1 was just so bad it used to distort everything but on this it works decentIdk what's wrong is it just my unit or people haven't noticed it but when on high volume and there's nothing playing then a buzzing noise can be heard clearly (buzzing feels like there's a mosquito in my headphones) I hope the replacement unit works better and I don't face any issue

I have used it for a 4-5days and then returned the product because of some flaws.Cons:1. Heavy. Seriously it is.2. Poor lows. There's bass but its not at all good. Highs are bit boosted.3. Poor mic. Yes you read it right. Tho its a unidirectional mic the pickup range is very minimal. It has to be right next to your mouth. I even maxed out the mic volume but it was not very good considering the price point.4. You can either use the in line controler to mute unmute or use virtual surround sound or in the software. If you use both, it will screw up. If you turn on virtual surround sound from both software and controler, it will turn it on twice. Very basic thing but this is stupidity from Cosmic Byte.5. software is kind of ok. Not much you can control from software. It has EQ but it has very less frequency bands which results in bad sound tuning.6. Dolby Atmos support is missing even at this price.7. Ear cup Cushions are ok. You will feel a bit pressure and heat around ear.Pros:1. Design and build quality is very good. It looks premium.2. Wire is detachable so that's a plus point.

1). Headphones connects & can listen to sounds - it is good.2). Downloaded software from their official website & installed, but headphones does not get detected no matter what.3). Tried all the option that they had provided - cleaned registry for previous USB based headphones data & restarted as many times as required - but no luck.4). WORSE part was contacting Cosmic Byte customer care - they kept on giving alternate number to contact, was asked to call there & had to explain everything from scratch - after 8 calls OR so, they gave another mail id to contact & explain the same.5). They replied to mail back by saying that your account is created & gave link to Cosmic Byte products to purchase - Nothing related to resolving the issue.Note : I expected new headphones to start working without much hassle. Even my Laptop is fairly new - Hardly a month old, hence, there shouldn't be any problem.Don't waste money for 7.1 surround sound & pathetic customer care.Headphone build quality is good, sturdy, comfortable but as I've mentioned all the features does not work.Update :Amazon is also not supporting.They are scheduling return orders & at the time of pick up, they cancel, happened with me for 4 times.And still not returned, my money is stuck for more than 10 days.They are just keep on giving excuses & passing the time.They just want to frustrate the customer to such a degree that customer gives up & digests that his / her money is gone.
