Save Your Money
Saw a video online of someone using lip paper and thought it would be fun to try. Took forever to actually get it, followed the use directions on the Amazon listing. Nothing. My lips looked exactly as they did before trying the color. Tried to dampen my lips a bit more and still nothing. Finally tried brushing some water onto the paper itself and then pressing to my lips. Thought for a half a second that might work but, alas, nothing. No change to the color of my lips. Glad I didn't spend much money on this because all I got was a cheap ring box (yes, there is a slot in the middle of it where the ring would go) with some squares of paper. Now I just have a cheap ring box and a piece of wet paper.
