Nice kit
All in all, I'd say this is a pretty decent kit for the home mechanic, especially if you can sharpen bits and file off burrs. It's very reasonable priced and it performed quite well for what I needed (inserts for a couple of cross threaded M8 exhaust manifold bolts and one M6 front cover bolt). This kit is ok for what it is, an inexpensive insert kit. the drill bits used were fairly sharp, they did have some minor curling on the trailing edges left over from sharpening but they did cut ok. The taps were great, clean and sharp. There is no tap wrench but for the price I'm not complaining. The taps were sharp enough that I just used a little cutting oil and a cordless drill to tap the holes with no issues. Then inserts themselves were ok, they fit the threaded hole snugly but are pretty short, no different than any other kit there. The tools for installing the inserts all had burrs around one side of the slot, obviously from cutting the slot out, didn't effect function but I'd file them off just so they don't cut fingers or snag on the insert on removal. The locking collars all worked fine (all their grub screws require a 2mm hex wrench, which isn't included, those are cheap so why not?). The tab breakers were all ok and the ones I needed worked fine. The tabs broke away cleanly and where they are supposed to. After installation the bolts had some play but torqued down fine. For the price it's about what I expected. Everything was of decent quality.Nothing really felt 'cheap' other than having burrs from manufacturing that should have been cleaned up. The tools appeared fairly sturdy, the drill bits workable, the taps good. Used properly, this kit should last a long time and is a good value. I can recommend it if you're looking for an insert kit and don't want to spend a lot of money. It is a really good kit if you don't mind doing a little filing and sharpening.

Awesome kit to have around
I bought this kit to fix a rocker box bolt hole on a triumph. Like having it around instead of buying individual kits here and there.

Remember, these are thread CHASERS not thread CUTTERS.
These chasers are for EXISTING THREADS that have been lightly damaged. They are NOT for cutting new threads. And they will not repair threads that are totally wiped out and stripped. With that said, use these tools to straighten out dinged or nicked threads. They may also help fix cross threaded fasteners but that takes a little more skill and practice. This set comes in a nice, blow molded case to keep everything neat and organized. It contains basically every thread size someone would normally encounter unless they are "special" threads or something really large. These tools can save you a lot of time and aggravation if used correctly. They will also get into areas that would require removal to repair with coil or other inserts. The price of this set is on the lower end so not a bad deal. And at about $60 this set could pay for itself with just one salvaged thread. Don't forget to use plenty of lubrication on these chaser tools and, keep them clean for best results. Except for the thread files. No lubrication is needed on them. In fact, they work best clean and dry.
