LG 343 L 3 Star Frost-Free Smart Inverter Double Door Refrigerator (GL-S382SDSX, Dazzle Steel, Convertible with Express Freeze)

Purchased the item way back in March 2021 for my inlaws and since then it has been in use. It's working beautifully.1. Its as shown in the picture, color & design2. The space 360 ltr gross is sufficient for a family of 3-4 people.3. The vegetable bin, at times I found it small when I am loading it up with a kg of 4-5 items.4. The 3 shelves provided will hold your stuff well & nicely. But tall containers can be an issue.5. The metal piping tends to lose its sheen & develop black spots probably oxidization, a problem in the NCR area.6. The LG service guy came the very next day to put it in order. This is also one of the reasons I prefer buying their electronics.The seller was Cloudtail India & it was an Amazon-fulfilled service.

I’ve been using this LG 343L 3-star refrigerator for a year now, and it has been an excellent purchase. The fridge works flawlessly with no issues so far. One of the standout features is the alert sound when the door is left open for over a minute, which is very helpful. The partition sizes are well-designed, providing ample space for organized storage. Overall, a great fridge with efficient cooling and thoughtful features. Highly recommended!

Very good in quality, Delivery was smooth and easy to use

My experience with the LG 343 L 3 Star Frost-Free Smart Inverter Double Door Refrigerator (2023 Model, GL-S382SPZX) has been an absolute disaster, primarily due to the recurring issue of cooling coil leakage and LG's abysmal service.Shortly after purchasing this refrigerator, I noticed water pooling beneath it. Upon investigation, it became apparent that the cooling coils were leaking. This led to a constant puddle of water on my kitchen floor, which not only damaged the flooring but also posed a safety hazard.I contacted LG customer service immediately, hoping for a swift resolution. Unfortunately, my interactions with their service department were frustrating beyond belief. It took them multiple visits to even diagnose the problem correctly. Each time a technician came, they seemed clueless and ill-prepared, often needing to order parts that took weeks to arrive.To make matters worse, the repairs were never permanent. Despite their assurances, the leakage issue persisted, causing ongoing inconvenience and stress. The refrigerator's performance suffered as a result, with inconsistent cooling and frequent temperature fluctuations, rendering it unreliable for storing perishable items safely.The "Express Freeze" feature, touted as a highlight of this model, was a joke. It failed to function effectively due to the underlying cooling coil problem, leaving me with no confidence in the refrigerator's advertised capabilities.LG's customer service was equally disappointing. Their representatives were unhelpful, offering vague promises and excuses instead of concrete solutions. I felt like I was constantly chasing them for updates and resolution, wasting hours on the phone and waiting endlessly for callbacks that never came.In conclusion, the LG GL-S382SPZX refrigerator has been a colossal waste of money and a source of endless frustration. The recurring cooling coil leakage, coupled with LG's incompetent service, has made me regret ever choosing this brand. Save yourself the headache and avoid this model at all costs.

Good refrigerator. Silent and effective. Go for it.

1. Super Fast Delivery :Bought the fridge on evening around 8 PM, delivered next day afternoon. By 4 PM, LG technician reached for installation and technical guide.2. Look wise it's awesome, no scratches or dents observed. Well packed.3. Space wise, it has lot more space to store, you can adjust the height according to the slot available.3. Cooling wise, it cools the stuff fastly, since it's winter it's in normal mode. No frost seen after 2 days usage. Freezer has very ample space which is needed in the current COVID situation.4. Covertible feature: Techincian has showed this feature which changes freezer unit to storage unit.(might use in future)5. Quietly operating, no sound at all, running smoothly.6. Techincian suggested to use a stand which would cool down the compressor from bottom as there is clearance( not needed if you have open space). I could see the difference before and after using stand(costed around ₹1300)Nice buy, would post one more review after few months of usage.

It's controll difficult old generation.. (it's not a rotatable nobe )Not easy to service.. back side waste water cup not removable..Freezer no light..Overoll good 35000 3star it's best one option.. but little things are adjustable..

Ample of storage space. Good cooling. Worth the value. Only problem is that it has this water container in the back of the refrigerator to cool the compressor which is always full and open thus some times overflows, so have to keep cleaning the overflow. My previous LG refrigerator of a higher model had a closed container system so it had no hassle of overflow. Open ones may also attract mosquitoes laying eggs.
