Seller sent an Apple and has not issued a refund after over a week from receiving return.
Received an Apple laptop instead of the listed Dell laptop. Returned it immediately. Amazon return tracking shows it was received over a week ago and still no refund issued from Woot (seller). I have used this model Dell before, no issue with product, it's a mid level Dell and meets those expectations. I ordered it again because i needed it immediately - second order arrived in gently used condition as expected. When they send the correct product, it's good. When they don't, you're stuck with an expensive return in limbo.

Incompatible Rams and bad battery
I bought this dell 5410 with a lot of enthusiasm but as soon as I started using it the problems started, first they put 2 incompatible rams making the laptop show infinite blue screens, then the battery does not last more than 30 min, what a scam.
