It's a Lego-What more needs to be said
Our grandson loves this set just like he loves building and playing with all of the other Lego sets he has. He's 5 years old and can put them together himself with some limited help. It does require the ability and patience to follow step by step picture assembly directions provided in a booklet and requires some fine motor skills given the small parts. I suspect that some 5 year olds would get frustrated so may be a better purchase a year or two later.

The perfect birthday gift
Most adorable Lego set. Ordered this as a birthday gift for my 7yr old. The look on his face was priceless. It's totally age appropriate and he was able to put it together without any help.

You just can't go wrong with Legos
Another fun set from Lego. My 4 year old grandson and his dad built it together. He is too young to do it all by himself, but can build it with his dad's help.

One of the best LEGO sets for children
This LEGO set is particularly great for kids because there is a lot to play with. Children can drive the through the wash over and over tip the LEGO "soap suds" into the wash.The only downside, like with many LEGO sets, is that price is rising much faster than what can be affordable for many families and it's making LEGO more expensive than other toys. There is no doubt about the quality of LEGOs and I refuse by buy other building brick brands, but I hope that LEGO can adjust prices slightly to make sets more affordable.
