Facts Only, No Emotions
I tried using this product with a Motorola XPR 7550e. The bluetooth connectivity was very poor. I don't know for sure but seem like over 15ft with earbuds and over 10ft with PTT button it would have connection issues. Once disconnected it had trouble reconnecting. To the point where I would have to power off and on earbuds & PTT button. Or even the whole radio. Even have to reprogram connection of both earbuds & button at times. This radio has built-in bluetooth capability. And the connectivity range is great. I can be over 100ft away or behind a brick wall and stay connected. But I have found no option that would allow me to connect a PTT button. I can connect earbuds if they have the right bluetooth profiles, but there is no volume adjustment. So volume of the buds are stuck at their default volume which in a loud environment is to low.The PRYMEBLU bluetooth wireless PTT button & Tozo T18 earbuds were the devices I used in this setup. I only tried one other button but it wouldn't register a connection at all. And I tried many earbuds, most will not register a connection. The ones I found that did were the Tozo T6's, T18's and Technics HiFi True Wireless Multipoint Bluetooth Earbuds II.The best connectivity was the cheapest being the T6's, they had the best incoming sound. I could hear everyone great. But the mic setup was the worst to where I couldn't be understood at all because of the noisy environment. The T18's had the second best incoming sound but volume was low at highest setting. The mic setup was better than the T6's where I could at least be understood but not perfect. The connectivity was about the same as the T6's as far as maintaining a good connection without interruption. The Technics HiFi buds had the best mic setup I believe. But the connectivity was the worst. And the incoming sound had a weird wine to it. To the point where it was uncomfortable and hard to understand incoming call. I think it has something to do with the noise cancelling capability. These were the only bud with noise cancelling I could find that would make a connection at all.I really wanted & need this to work. And I will change the review score if PRYMEBLU can help me to find a set of buds and a PTT button that works great with there product. Maybe firmware update for the device or something. Anything to get this to work well I'm willing to try. And there are many more people where I work that get this if we can find a way to get it to work.I didn't know this until recently but there are many different bluetooth profiles. So all the buds I tried that didn't connect, was because this product only supports two of the profiles but not all.I don't know if the profiles are obtained through software or hardware. But if it's software why not have all of them. It would help greatly with connectivity. And allow more options of buds to choose from. And if it's through hardware that would seem to be more difficult to get all profiles but I would be willing to pay more for such a device. To have greater connectivity and much greater selection of earbud options. Been able to customize to my exact situation for the best results. After some research I found that this devices required specifications are bluetooth version 3.0 or higher and bluetooth profiles HSP & HFP. This very important information is nowhere on the sales page for this product. That is a big fail the way I see it.I will continue to try a solve this problem. And if I do I'll write an update. If anyone reading this has any answers or suggestions I'll take them. Thanks

Loses Connection
Device loses Bluetooth connection and must be paired again. Using in critical situation of public safety reliability is a must. This device doesn't provide the reliability needed.

Unusable.
Does it connect a bluetooth device to my radio.... yes. Can anyone understand me when using this... no. I paired and tried 4 different bluetooth earpiece/mic devices, and I could hear others ( with constant ticking and distortion, but I was completely garbled on the other end.

Very tight fit but its works
Very tight fit for an xpre radio. It works though. Connected to a Bluetooth headset. Good up to about 30 feet. Or 3 walls
