This phone was very cute and fun for my daughter until it stopped working after a couple of weeks- it won’t turn on. We’ve tried charging it over night and using multiple different chargers. Daughters was very disappointed.

After having for less than a month, my toddler dropped it and the screen shattered. I reached out to the company to let them know what happened (which was no fault of theirs) and they sent a replacement right away, no questions asked. As a toddler mama, I highly appreciate this kind gesture and amazing customer service! My daughter loves this toy phone and all of its fun features!

It's okay... My daughter plays with it sometimes but loses interest quickly. The games are pretty basic and the camera quality isn't great. Battery life could be better. The pink color is cute though, and it keeps her entertained during car rides. Decent for the price, I guess.

Buyer Beware!!_________________________________________________________________________________________Update and add a star!Finally figured a way to reset the phone, and the manual provided was NO HELP! So, plugged in the charger on the dead phone--no response. Kept charger cord plugged in, THEN RESET THE PHONE. It reset and started charging, but would not turn on. After 3 hours of charging, it now turns on and responds normally!
