Good value
Lenses fit well without a problem. Like the style on the aperture lock compared to other brands.

Don't forget, it is totally manual.
Works great on lenses that allow manual focus. It's nice that there is a control for F-stop that moves the little tab on the lens.Image looks good and accurate enough when I tested it against a photography calibration grid-line chart.

Watch auto focus
Good quality; but while the adapter fit my Sony E-mount camera great, it did not match up with the camera’s electronic pins; so the camera couldn’t recognize the lens and I could not use autofocus feature on camera and lens.

Wish these were smaller, but work great
I have a bunch of these for different mounts to be able to use my vintage lens collection on my Sony FX30. They work great, but they add significant bulk to the camera, making some small vintage primes lose the nice smaller form factor. I find it kind of hard to believe that these mount adapters need to be so large?Would like to see a much more compact version come out eventually.

Effective and Light
Not only was this sleek in its design, it was powerful, silent, effective, and quick.

Too small
My Exakta mount lens would not fit into the adapter. It is too tight and just small enough that I can't get it in enough to rotate it.

Good C/Y Lens Adapter for Sony NEX Cameras
I still have a Contax SLR film camera with some Yashica ML lenses, so I bought this adapter to fit them to my Sony NEX digital cameras. I'm not sure why the review page is asking me to rate autofocus, as this adapter does not support it, and neither do the manual lenses that mount on it.The Yashica ML glass was actually pretty good, and if I come across some Zeiss lenses in Contax mount, now I can adapt them as well.I'd call this adapter one of the 'mid-tier' deisgns. It's not one of the most basic/cheapest models. It's prettier and made a bit more precisely the ones that are really inexpensive. If possible, I like to get adapters of this quality or better. They fit the camera body and lens more tightly and I feel like they are less prone to accidentally releasing. The only thing I would add here is a removable tripod foot, but those are not generally available in this middle price tier. You can get cheap adapters with them and truly nice adapters with them, but I haven't seen any of these two-tone ones have a provision for a tripod mount right on the adapter. This isn't a deal-breaker for me since my interest is mostly in using wide angle and normal lenses that won't stress the camera lens mount much. You can definitely shop around for these adapters. It seems like there are a dozen brands or more of them, all looking as if they are made in the same place. I've not used the PHOLSY brand before, but I don't have any reason to not recommend it. A good item that works for me.
