This chalk performs well and is cheap, but isn't the greatest on the market. If you're looking for a decent refill, look no further. If you're looking for competition-level chalk, it's worth a try for the price, but you might want to look elsewhere.

Been climbing with this chalk for 10+ sessions now, indoor and outdoor, and this chalk holds up really well on the hands like any other chalk that I've used. I enjoy the fact that you get pretty large chunks of chalk in this bag and that it's not 100% powder.

This chalk works great, I’m no chalk expert but I will say compared to my liquid chalk made by friction labs this powder chalk is much better and does way less damage to my skin.For the price this chalk is fantastic.

This is some quality chalk. It came in just a few days and has been lasting me much longer than expected. Performance wise its outstanding, and I have had no issues with it inside at gyms or climbing outdoors at numerous walls near and around Colorado Springs. Solid.

I like the size of bag and the texture. It has some chunks that are easily breakable.

Chalk is a really important part of rock climbing both indoors and outdoors. Sweaty hands can cause dangerous slips, so using chalk to dry your hands en route is key. This bag contains 10.6 oz which should provide good gripping for quite a long time. I like the blend of of powdery magnesium carbonate with small chunks to improve grip.

Note: I didn't purchase this but I've purchased almost every major chalk brand over the years for use in climbing.Chalk should be 100% magnesium carbonate, and if it's not then you're getting ripped off. More chalk can be had for less money from Metolius, Trango, Frank Endo, etc. This chalk says right in the pictures that it's only 99% pure. The bag also clearly says made in China, which is where the most impure and inferior chalk comes from. Get chalk instead from Taiwan, Europe, or USA of you can find it.Please don't give your hard earned money to this nonsense.
