I got this for home use to help with my cystic acne and it’s been really helpful. It is a bit big for home use, but the amount of steam it gives off makes it worth it. The steam is strong, consistent, and covers the whole face well. I can feel it opening up my pores and softening my skin. It heats up pretty quickly and the nozzle is easy to adjust. I use it before my skincare routine and it makes my products absorb better. Setup was simple and the machine feels solid. I’m glad I got it and I don’t mind the space it takes up.

The first time I ordered the product it was missing multiple parts. I sent it back and ordered another one and now none of the screws match the holes nor do they fit. The product isn’t usable and not worth trying to replace for the third time. 0/10 product I would not recommend.

I don't think this is supposed to happen and I'm not sure how to contact the seller :(UPDATE: I was able to reach the seller after posting the above review. They were able and willing to send me a new steamer and provided addition care and use instructions to prevent this from happening again. Great customer. I am appreciative.

I was afraid to buy it but it surprised me :) It is more beautiful and high quality than I expected. It helped me deeply clean my skin thanks to the steam and ozone. I really liked its easy use and easy cleaning. It performed very well for its price. It does not take up space. Durability is perfect. Not bad smell.

I love this steamer in almost every aspect but having electrical problems with it and can’t get ahold of the company. I saw other reviews with the same problems. I have to literally hit the face of it for it to stop glitching. It heats up and turns off and glitches. Shutting down on me in the middle of my facials is not ok. Especially since it’s not even a year old. 😕😕

I’m not sure if it works properly yet but I was sent a used steamer!
