This is a great value for the money! It works great! Got it for my grandson for Christmas and he can ride it easily, such a cool toy! And no batteries you charge it with a USB cable, it has headlights and even turning signals, it is economically built And acts like an extension of his body movements, which is way cool! He can stand and go in circles if he wants to spin around change directions, etc., and it goes pretty fast when moving forward on level ground… I am extremely impressed with the quality and the build and the functionality of this toy! I got extra hugs from my grandson for this gift!! Made me happy to make him happy with this toy that I’m sure he will use for a long time!! Very worth it!!

Bought this as a Christmas gift and never turned on. Followed all instructions for set up and it never worked. Reached out to manufacturer multiple times and they never got back to me.Update. Manufacturer finally reached out and made things right. Sent a new working hoverboard. Happy with service

This has been a great hoverboard for us. The only issue we had was the power cord to charge the hoverboard broke when removing it from the wall. I reached out to GOTRAX and a nice service representative named Honey helped me and sent a new power cord. Even though it was almost a year old. Thank you Honey. Great customer service! Now the hoverboard is back to charging - yippee!
