Good sturdy roller

My daughter uses the Foam Roller during her land training, and it works brilliantly! It provides excellent deep tissue massage, and the grid design really helps target muscle tension. Highly recommend for any athlete looking for a solid, effective foam roller!

I was surprised to find how hard this product is. There is no cushioning or give in the material. I can't compare it to other products as this is the only one I have tried. I think it does what it is supposed to but with the word "foam" in the description I was expecting less pain!

Bought this foam roller five months ago to help with my runner’s knee. It worked well, and I’ve been using it after all my runs.However, as in the pic, you will see that this is not a high quality piece of kit. The other day as I was foam rolling, I heard a big crack and felt like I was going to hit the floor. The centre of the foam roller (which looks like it could actually be made from PVC plumbing pipe or something) had cracked.I’m not particularly heavy for a guy (~80kg runner), so this isn’t really good enough. Was nice while it lasted though.

I've used similar rollers in the past and they usually last a couple of years. After two months of very moderate use the inner casing of this one broke along both seals rendering it useless. I messaged the seller to advise that the product was defective and received no acknowledgement never mind a reply. I cannot comment on other products sold by and branded in this seller's name but certainly would not recommend this product
