Worked great for me, but isn't perfect
I did the timing on my 2011 Countryman All4 S with the N18 motor. This kit worked okay. I didn't find anything included telling me what specific parts I needed to use for the N18, but it was pretty easy to just look at them with my valve cover off and figure it out. It locks the cams and flywheel pretty good, but it would be nice to mention the longer flywheel lock is for manuals and the smaller one for automatics.The cam locks themselves fit with a little bit of play. I'd say the play was so small it doesn't really matter, however, it was definitely there. In my case, specifically my exhaust cam had a hint of play. It didn't effect the timing enough to throw a code or have performance issues, and made it a bit easier to install. Still, a tight fit is essential for timing components, and I could've just gotten lucky.Overall, a pretty good value if you're trying to DIY it. Significantly cheaper than more expensive kits, and if you know what you're doing, you can use this kit and get around its deficiencies.

Does the Job on a 2009 Mini with Turbo
Used it on a 2009 Mini with Turbo. Worked great, the tool itself has some flex to it when torquing the camshaft bolts which will throw your timing off by about 1.5 degrees. Used a wrench to hold the front of the camshaft as this tool sits on the back of it and you won't get that flex and should be dead on perfect on the timing.

Need a 10mm thin-wall socket for bolts to the head - or a grinder
I've used this kit twice now, and am getting ready to use it again. Works great. I did have to grind down the side where the holding bolt goes into the head so that my sockets would fit on the 10mm bolt, because I lost all my thin-wall sockets. Don't judge me. You lost yours too and don't know it yet.
