I’ve an Apple Watch which warned me that I may have sleep apnea due to elevated levels of breathing disturbances while sleeping. I’ve used this product for about 2 weeks now and have had zero breathing disturbances. It prevents me from sleeping on my back and just works! It does take a few nights to get used to with regard to turning for side to side but it’s alot less cumbersome than you’d think. It plain and simply works. Recommend 100%

I already wear a snoring device, which was expensive, I have been using it for years and it is effective, mostly. When I am on my back, even with my lower jaw extended, I start to snore. So, I ordered this product. Simply put, I no longer sleep on my back, therefore no longer disturb my wife, job done. It is comfortable to wear, even next to the skin and at £80 it may seem expensive, but I don’t think so. Well worth it to not disturb my loved one and force her into a spare room. Well done the designers, well done.

My husband moves onto his back throughout the night and snores loudly and also stops breathing. This is an expensive contraption but it stops him rolling on his back which stops the snoring, keeps him breathing and means I sleep. Good all round.
