Great Computer, Great Seller
I have two things to say on this review. First, this is a great computer and exactly the kind of quality I've come to expect from Lenovo. The i7-H is snappy and responsive. The touchscreen is sharp and bright. Everything works and feels great. If you're in the market for a higher-end AIO you can't do better than this.The second part of this review is about the vendor, PCOnline. The first unit I received was defective out of the box. It happens, no big deal. I reached out to their support team and was quite impresses with how quicky they got back to me and the way they responded to my inquiries. The very first exchange was probably some bot response because it was instructions on how to update Windows... not relevant to the issue at all. After that, however, they were very quick to authorize the return, generate a return label for me, and give me instructions on how to reorder at the original price. In a world of scams and robo-calls it was so nice to deal with a company that was responsive and efficient. Thanks, PCOnline!

1TB is cloud storage!
This system took an entire work day into the evening to set up and load with my programs. The keyboard is decades old technology with no light for cap lock and non-functioning function keys. At the end of the day the system prompted me to restart to finish updates then the screen went black and would not reboot. Returning!The 1TB storage was in the cloud and nothing could be saved to the actual hard drive. That is a problem with the sensitivity of some of the work I am contracted to do. Camera (for virtual meetings) has terrible resolution.

Exceeds expectations
I'm a graphic designer for print advertising, I needed an upgrade. This machine has great storage and memory and Photoshop and Illustrator are super fast! The huge screen allows me to see every point!
