This stuff is smooth! Lays down very easy, little to no pinholes, little pricey but is good quality for a body filler!

After having used Bondo on numerous occasions to fix small dents, I decided that there must be something better for some major body work I was going to undertake. After searching online, I found Evercoat Rage Gold. I was initally hesitant to buy a full gallon because of the expense.Well, I decided to take the jump and purchase a gallon for use no some repairs to a fender and front bumper. This stuff is amazing. I will never use Bondo again. It mixes easily, spreads on smooth and sets up fairly quickly. The best part is that it sands amazingly quickly. With the bondo, I dreaded the hours of sanding it would take to get a nice smooth finish. With the Evercoat Rage Gold, I had the rough sanding done in less than 15 minutes and smooth sanded in about 5 minutes. What a difference. I also noticed that with bondo, you would find bubbles within the filler after it hardened, so you would need something else, like glazing putty, to fill in these small holes. Well, with the Rage Gold, no more air pockets, just a nice smooth finish.Since this sets up quickly - you have about 20 minutes of work time, do not make a large batch. I found that if I made much smaller batches, there is much less waste. Once it sets, you can almost start to sand immediately. You do not have to wait hours to ensure it is set. And the final finish is as smooth as glass.I highly recommend this. It may cost more, but it is well worth it in the time savings and the outstanding results achieved. I have thrown away all my Bondo and glazing putty.

Good stuff. Sands well. Spreads smoothly. More expensive but you get what you for. I'm a convert.

One gallon was bent and on its side leaking. Had to pour into another paint can to salvage. What a mess.

Gave 4 stars because of bent can but seems the norm.
