Heart Rate Monitor Chest Strap for myzone Replacement Strap Compatible with MYZONE MZ-3 MZ-1 Strap

Myzone strap wore out and the current strap was a replacement.

So far I’ve only used it a few times but it is working perfectly. Just what I needed.

The strap fit perfectly and was even better than the one I had before.

I have had my MZ1 for many years and have replaced the strap with OEM MyZone straps several times.This strap fits the device well and seems to perform well. My old strap is getting a bit worn and sometimes is slow to pick up a signal at the start or when coming back into range so I wanted to try this strap. First thing that was intriguing was the larger senser pad. I hoped this would make more consistent and faster connections. This seems to be the case.The material for the strap itself is much thinner than the original. This can make it more comfortable in a way, however it is much more prone to wrinkle up which can then be uncomfortable. I expect this will be even worse if you have more curves.All in all a good replacement strap.

Terrible quality. The first day I wore it, it was fine so I tossed the package it came in. Big mistake because now I can’t return it. I’ve worn MyZone for 10 years so I know my straps. At first open I thought it was a great dupe. I didn’t think it was thinner. However on day 2 it no longer stayed in place. The strap would loosen as I wore it and I constantly had to re-tighten it. I actually locked it in place with a safety pin. After wearing it a 3rd day it looks like I’ve already been using it for months. Don’t waste your money.

This is a direct replacement for my heart rate monitor. I tried it on and it activated my monitor quickly and held the signal better than my old belt. Admittedly, the old one has worked well but is getting worn. This new one should last a long time since it appears to be as well made as the original.
