I think I have tried most of the eye vitamins on the market and still had problems with the gold light that starts off from time to time and is frustrating to say the least as it can last for half an hour. then I thought hang on all my other vitamins are Viridian as I have great respect for them so bought this product and hey presto. No more golden light and my eyes have improved. I did take 2 a day for the first month and now have dropped to one. I highly recommend these.
