Control pad is making me nervous!
I used it to try out.. was away for a week, came back needed to use it (so about a 3x usage) the control pad on the lamp was hot! Not sure if that could possibly start a fire or burn out. But I think o should return it before it’s too late. I’ve had it in my possession for 2 just about 3 weeks and very minimum usage if that helps anyone make a decision.. However every two pieces of equipment are not created equally.Good luck

remote did not work, also plastic below temp monitor that attached to pole broke and crack
I purchased two of these items and both remote remotes and temperature settings stopped working Also plastic below the temperature monitor that is attached to the pole broke and cracked since its strength is inadequate to hold the weight of the light and temperature monitor, Therefore I can no longer adjust light - poorly designed with cheap plastic holding the entire weight of light and temperature monitor - design flaw. I recommend you don't buy it.

Big problem !!!!
Do not ever buy this lamp. I bought about 4 of them and they all broke within 3-4 months. There is no way to fix them. I am really disappointed that Amazon sells this kind of garbage.

Kind of flimsy
For as hot as this gets you would think it would be more sturdy but it feels like it's going to fall over

This has been a game changer for my business. Red light therapy is so beneficial to healing. It is well made.

good but not so convenience
overall it's good but I should add water in the bottom box. When I move the light, the body will shake for a while which catches my attention. That's why I say not so convenient.
