Fantastic work / leisure headset!
I have used many dozens of buds / headsets over the years and so far, this is the best headset I have used so far by quite a margin.The noise cancelling mic is superb and the noise cancellation on the headphone is very good.No longer need to worry about office noise, barking dogs nor any other type of disturbance.Well done EPOS!

Quality
I can watch TV and work from home, customers can't hear the TV.

Not perfect, but nice-ish
First day experiences:1- I can hear my heart beat and it is super comfy to wear.2- ANC is not strong at all but due to the material of the pads, it can be said to be OK.3- The app recognised it as 1060 ANC, not 1061 ANC...4- My voice goes to the other side in a way that somehow cuts or becomes vague a bit if not loud enough.5- When speaking, the TV noise goes to the other side but not too loudly. You cannot wash dishes with it on your head at all. (Yealink BH70 blocks 100% of noises and reduces external noises to 0% for the other side, but you can hear them too much so it becomes difficult for me to understand the client. BH76 does not work with regular phone calls.)6- Music quality is definitely not bad. Classical sennheisser treble. Good normal music experience. Nothing 3D, nothing super impressive. But good, reliable good music. Volume is not getting higher than a certain level despite my efforts in the app and elsewhere (Settings off, etc.)Might edit and update in the future.

Uncomfortable and poor sound quality
I bought these to replace a pair of Jabra 75s where the mic had stopped working after 4 year's use. So, thought I better get a set by a different manufacturer, and I'd read good things about these.First - and key - issue. They recharge wirelessly by hanging on the stand, a good idea. However, despite some padding at the sides of the recharge area at the top of the headband, the hard plastic at the top of the headband *does* rest on the top of your head, and it's uncomfortable. I could wear the Jabras all day without an issue. These are uncomfortable after minutes.Then - the sound quality. It's really poor. Fine for voice, but if you want to listen to music or game on these, it's not great at all. I mean, it's just weak, no bass, feels all 1Khz and little else.Finally - range. With the Jabras I could be on a conference call in a different room to my PC, all was well. First time I tried to do a call and walked more than 3 metres away from the PC - "you're crackly".I really, really regret buying these. I hate giving bad reviews, but...I'd rather do that and no-one else be as disappointed as I am.

TERRIBLE customer support for any issues
Product has good ANC and good mic - you can use them in a noisy environment and the mic wont pick up anything at all other than the person on the call. The ANC also helps reduce the environmental noise for the person using the headset. However, for a premium product the support from EPOS is AWFUL. My headset does not show up in the PC app so we can't update firmware. Tried on several different machines, several different cables, nothing. Emails to support get pointless answers afters days - are you sure the cable is connected, are you sure the headset is switched on, send us a photo of the screen you're seeing (which simply says no device connected), then wait days again. After 2 weeks of back and forth still not resolved and if this is what i can expect by way of support we won't be buying any more of them. Amazon no better - their support simply says contact manufacturer.

Fabulous
It's perfect office headphone with excellent ANC.

Headphones randomly cut out and native bluetooth is unusable - customer support is poor.
I really wanted to like these headphones but after a few weeks of usage the headphones started randomly turning off making conference calls embarrassing. This happens if you use the dongle or native bluetooth.When using native bluetooth the connection is very unstable and drops for a split second every few minutes.The support for this product is poor, i raised my issue in November 2024, and after countless back and fourth asking me to update my microsoft teams, laptop etc they finally agreed to send a replacement dongle, the whole process took the best part of 3 months.Noise cancellation on this though is second to none.
