Do like the way this glides over your face do think there is a small learning curb but I do like it

Self-care is essential. I keep this tool on my nightstand and use it on my feet, arms, and hands as needed. It has two different sized balls at either end for your preferred application of pressure. I am a retired massage therapist after 27 years. I have purchased a lot of self massage tools, and I am really impressed with this one. Simple but very effective. Well made. Small enough for easy travel. Great value for price.

This tool let's me apply direct pressure to the nerve knots in my shoulders. I can literally feel the knot dissolving.

This is a nice pressure point therapy tool. Can be used to simply press and apply strategic pressure or can also be used as a running tool with a light massage oil. Both uses relive pain and stretch muscle tissue well. I like this one. I have others and this one is pretty solid overall for its intended use.

A good product. Well made, with a nice, simple case. My only con is that the surface of the ball ends is machine finished with a satin-like texture. It created a little more friction on the skin than I would prefer, even with massage cream. I used a metal buffing wheel with some fine buffing compound to totally polish the balls, and now it works like I want.

The points are quite large, but it works. It is inexpensive and well made. The grooves keep the tool from slipping in your hand.
