This the worst product ever. Battery doesnt last even a day even when motion sensors are off. Doesnt charge properly. Doesnt show battery properly. And if u want to contact customer care . U cant. U cant even register this for warranty as this is not listed in their page. This is just a cheapest chinese white label product... Please dont buy . Save ur time and money .. buy some other brand .. even some chinese brads works better then this..

Only 24hrs battery backup

Do not buy this product.1. The product I received initially, was already opened and was missing parts (like missing reset tool, screws)2. I requested for a new replacement and I received the new piece. All items were present and package looked good.3.However this new ‘outdoor unit’ worked only when connected to a charger. The moment I disconnected the charger from the ‘outdoor unit’, it turns off. So the battery does not work at all of the new unit.Do not buy this product.

Does anyone facing battery recharging issue with this device. While the Images claims the battery is 100% but after a while notifying batter low and got switched off ?

Writing this review after using the doorbell for almost a month(Understating the initial set-up was tedious with no clear instructions/available customer support from Zebronics)Once you figure it out set-up is actually quite simple. In order to reset you need to open the screw at the bottom to detach the back panel. You will find a tiny hole on the right hand side of the doorbell. It needs to be long pressed with a pin/ sim ejector to begin the reset processTo install the device- you can either stick it on the surface or use the screws given for installationBattery would last for over a month after fully charging it once. Note - if you keep the motion detector on then the battery will drain quickly.Note for charging - The device can be charged using a type c cable. It may take a couple of hrs to fully charge depending. Initially you may not see the battery charge percentage increasing however it shows after the battery is fully charged.For storage you’d require a micro sd card, which needs to be purchased separately.Built quality of the product is nice. Video quality is also good.You can also pair it with Alexa. At times there may be a slight lag in loading the app and ringer/ announcement after the doorbell is rung. However, Overall it’s a good product at a decent price.
