It is not hard leather!!!
It is not hard leather. It's soft but resistant. It fit my Hrv Honda. It's a slip on so easy to install. The color it's a soft matte purple with black. And it's cheap! Like it!

The material felt cheap. It didn't really fit the wheel correctly and when you tried to move it, it would bunch up.
