Truly one of the creamiest, “bluest” most delicious Roqueforts I’ve had! Went to great lengths to learn the name of this cheese after experiencing it in Antigua. Paired with caramelized onion jam it’s divine! So happy to have found it. Worth the $$$.

TERRIBLE, SALTY, SPICEY PEPPERY, SOFT LIKE CREAM CHEESE NOT CRUMBLY LIKE ALL IVE EVER HAD OR USED AS A CHEF, GRITTY, NO EXPERATION !!!!!!!!! DATE, I ASLO PURCHASED 5 DIFFERENT BRANDS TO COMPARE FLAVORS BECAUSE I WAS MAKING DRESSING FOR A GOOD FRIEND SHOULD HAVE STUCK WITH THEM

Société Roquefort has been a favorite of mine since the 1980s when business took me to France every two years. Served at the proper room temperature, it seems to not only melt in your mouth, but evaporate like a blue mist. The mold gives the creamy sheep's milk cheese a slightly acid highlight and wonderful complexity. I have seen this same cheese selling for twice as much, so it's a good value.The insulated packaging was secure with several cooling packets. Very pleased!

This is not a mild cheese! This will reach up and poke you, letting you know you are now eating an adult cheese!Melts well, Goes great in softer cheeses like cream cheese, or mashed taters, on chips and toasts etc....Awesome on pizza! Use small amounts to start!This is an amazingly tasty cheese, and I highly recommend it!I am a cheese fan!!
