Defective product

I bought the S100 and installed it as per instructions. The unit never powered up, even after testing power to the fitting.I subsequently read a few blogs regarding this product with similar problems.Would not buy this again.

I ordered 5 of them and all of them doesn’t work

Very disappointing product, considering I have a full set up of around 15 cameras at home Eufy is amazing. However this product each time I ordered and it arrived it was either faulty straight away or died on me few days after. I had this last working light not even for a month and again it has stopped working. Electrician came to check it he told me electricity is coming to it however it doesn’t work internally. It’s not even summer time now so can’t blame it on the heat! I would love to get refund for this item also if possible. I don’t mind to send it back to seller for their own inspection. However I will not accept an exchange as I would never order this again.
