Kipika Ceiling Mount Pull Up Bar

Really really good pull-up bar ago organised over to which one to get I didn’t want one that goes in the doorways as I’ve seen too many people on Instagram and TikTok. This one will be bolted into my wall above my hallway so I’ll be able to crack on allegedly, thank you very much.

This bar is high quality and very robust. The fixtures are extremely heavy duty and I don't have any doubt that they will hold my weight for a long time.

Slightly thicker steel and good texture of matt paint makes for a better grip.

Really solid pull up bar. Nice thick bar that will handle some beating.Only downside is the slightly odd width which doesn’t quite work for average UK door frames. Just slightly too narrow so will need a back board installing first. That said fixing this way will only make it more sturdy so I’ll take it as a win. Just frustrating having to do additional work.

Let’s just say my arms are now questioning every decision that led to this moment. My first pull-up felt like a battle against gravity itself, but progress is real, and now I feel like I belong in an action movie montage.
