Does the battery life last? I had something similar and never charged and didn’t hold any charge between sessions

Mine stopped working about a month after purchase - battery appears to charge, but it either doesn't hold or something else is wrong, but to me, this was a waste of money.

Why will mine not work? just got it the other day. first time using it. it’s lined up and flashes 5 times when i push the button down.

Have you charged it completely? Also try not to pile it too high. I’ve had mine for 2 months now and it works great I absolutely love it

When you lift the host the shelf doesn't come with it, and is very difficult to lift off manually. Is this how its supposed to be? Its very awkward.

You must match the host with the shelf, they have mark to match. Its a line in the top and the button.

How do you know when it is fully charged?

Ive had mine for a few weeks. I've used it and my husband totally over loaded it and I haven't had to charge it yet. It's the best device I've ever used to chopping garlic. My husband chopped onions, hot peppers and mushrooms then cooked it and stored it in the refrigerator to use in his eggs and sandwiches under cheese on meat. So far the charge has really lasted
