Easy to use
This has worked flawlessly. To be fair, I do notice a dip in frame rate which might worry movie watches, but it suits my needs.I use it in pubs where punters, not walls, block the signal but the 10m-through-walls is fair. If it disconnects, it jumps straight back in when the signal improves. It seems happy being powered by a 0.5A USB port on my projector which is a huge bonus for me.I'm happy I bought it.

Great picture and sound
Ordered these to replace our 10 metre hdmi cable from our Onkyo surround system to our Samsung freestyle projector. 10 metre hdmi kept dropping the picture due to distance of cable. These were so easy to install and resolved the issues. The Onkyo is 7.1 surround and even though the write up mentions it’s not intended for 7.1 (not totally sure I understand that bit) the sound quality is fab

Won’t pair together
The transmitter and receiver would not pair after multiple attempts. Tried many times and from a variety of distances and no luck

Bit flaky
I was enthusiastic about the AIMIBO Wireless HDMI Transmitter Receiver given its promise of supporting up to 4 displays and utilizing a 5.8G HDMI Wireless Adapter. However, my experience with the product was less than satisfactory.First, the initial setup was more complicated than anticipated. Despite following the instructions meticulously, I encountered constant connectivity issues. The signal between the transmitter and receiver was unstable, leading to frequent disconnections, which disrupted my workflow and media consumption. Moreover, the video quality did not live up to the advertised standards. I experienced noticeable lag and a drop in resolution, which was particularly disappointing when using multiple displays. This issue persisted even after troubleshooting and repositioning the devices to ensure an optimal line of sight.Additionally, the range was quite limited. The product description suggests a robust signal over a considerable distance, but in my home, the performance drastically reduced beyond a 15-foot range, far short of the promised capabilities.Despite the potential of the AIMIBO Wireless HDMI Transmitter Receiver, these persistent issues made it impractical for my needs. I had hoped for a seamless and efficient wireless HDMI solution, but unfortunately, this product fell short in several critical areas. I cannot recommend it based on my experience.

Excellent picture with no interference and full set top box control
I wanted an improved HDMI Wi-Fi connection between my set top box in the kitchen and tv in the extension as there was signal interference whenever anyone walked past the transmitter and/or receiver and the picture was "disappointing" but just about watchable. The signal needed to pass through a wall with an approximate "straight line" connection of say 8 feet. In addition, the HDMI connection from my set top box needed to split between the tv in the kitchen and the transmitter.Once I had realised the flashing light on the Aimibo transmitter didn't mean it was in pairing mode and the transmitter button needed pressing again to make the light flash quicker, pairing was very quick. Delighted with the picture, the lack of signal interference and the ability to use all the set top remote controls from my extension tv. The set top controls were very limited with my old HDMI Wi-Fi units. The new units are small and neat, another difference from my old HDMI Wi-Fi units. If you encounter any problems, e-mail Aimbio's excellent Support Team. My main problem was caused by my HDMI splitter not putting the signal through to the extension tv. This was solved by getting an HDMI splitter with a switch to enable switching the signal between the kitchen tv and the extension tv.
