The price is less compare to HP.com. The printer arrived on time and it is working great. Installation is quick and the ink catridge is arrived once the subscription is done. This one offered one more month subscription.Overall great quality.

I like HP printers and this 1 was easy to set up. My only problems were putting the black cartridge into its slot to b recognised. I needed to b more aggressive and printer said all 4 cartridges were installed. My next problem was getting old printer from being 1st default printer. Chatbot aided me in help section from hp smart app sorted. Everything worked fine scan, printing sending scan to my email. Loading paper was same as old printer. But just pull out tray fills then slide back in. Wifi is real strong here so no probs connecting and staying connected. It's a mix between printer and starter book to install. The design is nice just like amazon pic. I think photo printing is v good. Never tried envelopes or multiple document scanner. Auto duplex works v well. Ink cartridges 3 color and 1 black just click into place no need to b me v gentle wen inserting them. Great value for money. Highly recommend this printer. Comes with 3 months free ink to enrol. Which I did don't need any proof as new printer. I use hp 80g plain paper wen print or hp photo paper. So far no jams.

This product is a superior piece of excrement. 3 days trying to just set the account online, and the rubbish system does not work. Unbelievable how bad the software of this machine is.After 3 days, I was finally able to do it. Strangely, I was able to do 99% easily and without problems, but the last 1% or basically sign-in, was impossible. After trying all the technical recommendations and reprogramming so much that it was unbelievable. Finally, I discovered the reason. When you set up your computer, it asks to sign in or create an account. When you tried to do it (without any message or notice), it opened the sign-in page in an external browser that is covered by the setup page that does not tell you to go to that browser, but maintains a never-ending loop with only Skip as an option. Now that it finally works, the scanner and printer are very slow

Really pleased with this printer. Setup was straightforward, and connecting it wirelessly to multiple devices was quick and hassle-free. Print quality is excellent for both documents and colour images, and it handles double-sided printing smoothly.The 3 months of Instant Ink is a brilliant bonus — it takes the stress out of running low and makes it really cost-effective. Perfect for home office use with the bonus of copying and scanning too. Reliable, smart-looking, and does exactly what it says on the box!

Printer works well and is a vast improvement on my existing one. and was well worth theb money

Printer is great. Setup was painful and had to restart a couple of times.Instant Ink is great if you're a new customer but impossible to transfer over and use the free trial together, had to restart.Printer is fast and prints look good.I wish they did black printers again though, white doesn't look smart

Excellent printer and neat size. Replaced old HP that had paper-jam(s), due to non-HP paper sent in error by Amazon!, and when eventually the red-mist descended I threw it into garden. But no real regrets as this is better piece of kit.
