This is a gel tablet that works well for my sensitive; yet, slowwwww moving colon process. It is a definite supplement value to my health & pocket.

This soft gel is an easy size to swallow and provides 400 mg of magnesium. I do not notice an after-taste, and it is a convenient and pleasant way to supplement your daily magnesium requirements. It was packaged carefully and arrived as scheduled.

Soft, easy to swallow. I take it before bedtime and it helps me go #2 in the a.m.

400mg were recommended for me by a doctor to help with constipation. While I tried a different brand in the beginning, this brand works better for me.

Great product that I order every few months. Never had issues until the order I placed in July 2025 - just opened it (Aug 2025), but cannot get one capsule out of the bottle, they're all stuck together. From the smell of it, it seems a capsule or two likely burst and all the capsules basically got "glued" together. I had to cut the bottle open to get anything out. I'll assume the "damage" happened either the Amazon warehouse or delivery van/truck.I recommend Carlson products - hope my next order is delivered with no "damage."

These gel capsules are very large; measuring 1 inch long and 3/8 inch in diameter. I am unable to swallow them without 3-4 attempts and the capsule becoming softer
