Much better than most heated gloves.
I've got a condition called Raynaud's Syndrome, which is basically a blood vessel issue that causes my hands to become extremely cold and excruciatingly painful at times. I had originally wanted a set of gloves so that I could still work, but that didn't work out.Regular gloves don't help, as they don't actually create warmth, so I tried an assortment of heated/electric gloves. Unfortunately they've all been trash. The electric ones never heat up to any effective degree and the heating elements are always just a small square on the back of the hand with no regard for your fingers at all. Finally I started looking for something else and came across these. They're basically oven mitts with heating elements ran through them. They actually heat up significantly and you can adjust the temperature for the individual mitts. They're soft and are pretty stiff and sturdy. The cord is a bit cumbersome, but there's not really any way around that. I usually keep them in my lap, angled in a way that I can quickly insert or remove my hands in between interacting with the PC, phone, or whatever else.

Good product heats well.
Hard to identify which glove is which. I wanted to heat for my right hand but found it difficult to adjust the temperature for the correct glove. The gloves should be labeled or the plugs at the end of the power source have an indicator.

Buy it, you'll be glad you did
I have Arthritis in my hands. As anyone who suffers likewise knows, it causes a periodic mind controlling ache that simply will not be ignored. You can only take so much medication and while heat helps, regular, larger heating pads are awkward and difficult to use on a small area such as a hand. Therefore, I have researched hand/mitten heating pads till I’m blue in the face and there are a multitude of them. I found battery operated ones, rechargeable ones, waterproof ones, ones that you can control with your smart phone, ones that you can walk about with indoors and outdoors and ones that vibrate. It rather reminded me of when I was looking for a new coffee machine. I found machines that would make every hot drink known to mankind and almost serve it to you but all I really wanted was a good, quick cup of coffee in the morning. I don’t want to go skiing with a hand heating pad. I just want to sit in my chair, plug it in, put it on and have it make my hand feel better. By George, I found it. It is very well made and is very comfortable. It fits my hand [average sized] perfectly, however, I do think that it might be a bit snug for someone with very large hands. It comes as a pair but you can separate the two mittens if you need only one. The manual is reasonably good but I find that easiest way to set the temperature is to set the top temperature at the maximum [158] and then just adjust the bottom temperature upwards from 86 until it feels comfortable. It works flawlessly. I am very pleased with my purchase. If you are like me, I feel that you would not be disappointed.

Where's the Heat?
I'm still working with my electric mittens and am trying to max out the heat for my arthritic hands. I'd like them to be toasty warm and as yet, I haven't found that dial-in location. Even so, they're an improvement over the rice mittens that you put in the microwave. Those things are much too hot coming out of the micro and then the heat dissipates in a minute. I'm going to make these electric mittens work.
