Q: Will this work with my existing lock?

We did not have to change our keys, it was literally just the handles, and the connecting rod. You use your key to turn the actual lock, and if it is the type to fit into the standard keyhole as illustrated, you should be set.

Q: This says 6inch and then18 x 5.8 x 25.4 cm (not 6inches)- what size is it please? The ones i need to replace are 6inches by 1.5 inches. Thanks

the metric sizes are correct and therefore will not cover the length of your old one,hope this is of help.

Q: Anyone know the measurement from mid handle to keyhole?

mid handle to top of key hole is 50mm
