Ordered a Belleze fireplace from Amazon. We recieved the product very quickly and noticed there was an issue with one of the parts. The Customer service was understanding, helpful and quick to fix the situation! We love our fireplace and think it is very worth the price.

I am so glad I bought this. The heater gets very warm. During these colder months it has kept my house warm. My HVAC system went out for a few days, it helped to keep my whole house warm. It isn’t too big and it fits our 65’ TV perfectly. It is heavy, so you will have to have someone else help to move it after building. It was fairly easy to put together, my only complaint was screwing the heater into the wood itself, it was pretty hard to reach. Other than that, it’s perfect!!

This looks great! Easy enough to assemble.As pictured, the fire looks great! Good storage space. Very pleased :)

Really happy with this console! I won't lie - it was a pain to put together (took me about 3 hours by myself), but the instructions are very clear, the pieces were labeled correctly, and extra hardware is provided. The hardest part is screwing the actual fireplace unit into the back of the console. It's definitely not the best quality for fake wood, but it's sturdy and worth the price! Luckily, I didn't have any issues with pieces being damaged during transit. It holds my 65" TV perfectly! The fireplace works great and doesn't look as tacky as I thought it would. Overall, it's a great console but be prepared to spend some time putting it together!

I built this by myself and it was pretty easy to put together. I did put on the doors wrong and they ended up crooked so I had to ask for help to fix them. The quality is great, especially considering the fair price. It still looks new a year later. We did have some wear on the top from the movers- it didn’t scratch the surface but the color seems to have rubbed off in a few spots so I’m not sure what happened. The heater works great and I’ve left it on for hours on accident without a problem. Shelves are sturdy. I do wish it was a little wider since my tv is basically the exact same size as it but we upgraded the tv after the purchase of the entertainment center so that’s on me!

It was very heavy, about 100 lbs when it arrived, but we put it together in less than 2 hours with a power drill. The wooden top looks sleek and very nice in the living room, and we generally just turn on the fireplace lights (without heat) for a nice fireplace ambience. Apparently you can control the heat temperature of the fireplace from the remote by holding down the buttons, which we didn't know when we bought it. It would've been nicer if there was some kind of magnetic click for the doors, but we put child safety locks anyway.We also accidentally broke one of the hinges when our toddler pulled down hard on the door as they fell. We asked customer service if they could send a replacement hinge and within a week we received all the hinges plus all the other supplies, so now we just have extra, which was very much appreciated. Thank you customer service!

I read several reviews and someone nailed it when they said “get your curse jar ready when it comes to the doors”. Ok so I went in with a great vibe and open mind, since I assembled it myself. Yup. It’s a 2 person job but one can do it with patience and more patience. Ok cool. Separate all same pieces, keep the hardware in its packaging, separate it by ABC order and you’ll be fine. The doors….the {^^?!$@@& doors…..it’s the last step and it def had to take them off and start over, but….the end is GORG!!! Pretty MDF, but scratches easily so be careful, fireplace gives good heat and it’s quiet. Its lovely!! Took more time that normal, because I deserved a break after every piece assembled, but yeah. Def worth the money and effort.

It’s a keeper. My daughter built it in 8 hours. It’s beautiful.
