As a parent of a toddler, I like this much better that all the other Oral-b kids toothbrushes. The head is smaller and fits well for little kids teeth. And the heads switch out which reduces landfill waste because you're not throwing away and entire tooth brush.

First off it’s not electric, there was one battery included, it needed 2, your customer service representative was the worst I’ve ever experienced at Amazon (1st I ever had to complain) and finally it’s packed up to be returned.Also as you can see in the video, it jumps to the polish mode in, like 3 seconds and stays there even after switching on/off.
