Great communication with delivery

Great value for money
Delivery was easy and received a text the day before delivery, the delivery driver also rang me an hour before to let me know roughly when the bed will arrive. Delivery was also 3 days earlier than the expected delivery date, I was given when ordering the bed.Bed was easy to assemble, took me roughly an hour by myself. The bed has about 2 and half foot of storage space underneath which is amazing . The bed is easy to lift to get underneath to the storage but I have found it quite difficult to shut may be due to how heavy my mattress is. But overall amazing value for money and would definitely order from this company again.

Beautiful bed
Received earlier than expected, delivery drivers gave me 30 mins notice and it came in great condition. Simple to put together, looks stunning.

Teenage delight
My 15 year old daughter is over the moon with her bedroom make over. The bed is a centre piece.Delivery information was text in advance so that helped managing receiving the delivery. There was a slight hold up but the information was communicated so no issue. Easy to put together and no unnecessary packaging.

Not the best...
Assembly was easy, not much support as its two bits of wood that stretch across the centre of the bed and no feet on them to support the weight of the mattress and us, basically got slats stapled to fabric that don't allign properly, bit of sticky stuff on the headboard and fabric that was caused by the packaging stuck to the product so left with dark marks and residue on the headboard. Bed rattles due to the pieces of wood just left under the mattress due to it not being abled to be secured. Also my super king mattress barely fits in the frame (yes a super king bed frame was ordered). Delivery guys where really nice but wouldn't buy again. Pay cheap get cheap basically.
