Is there a trick to adjusting the inflation pressure? When it powers up the pressure indicates 35psi but the up and down pressure buttons do nothing.

Hold down the + or - button for five seconds and the display will start flashing. Then you can adjust it to the pressure you want with the + and - buttons.

Does it work for 37" tires

BIG tires. I have used the pump a few times on 17 inch tires at 32psi. Worked great.

Does it fit presta and schrader valves?

It doesn’t appear to fit the presta fitting. If the shearer is the same size and thread of a standard car/light truck valve, then you’re in luck. I think you’re going to need an adapter for either. I recommend contacting JACO Superior Products, I’m sure they’ed be happy to help you.
