I LOVE this so much! Firstly, it feels great, like your body wants to be shaken lol. Secondly, it is a workout so start off slow or you will be sore. Third, I highly suggest looking into lymphatic drainage because you have to stimulate the lymph nodes first if you want to use this for drainage. It's been about four weeks and I am noticing a difference in my thighs, they just look smoother. There are so many benefits to the vibration plate, it improves blood circulation and is good for digestion. I have also found that it helps with anxiety so if my anxiety is high and I get on the plate I feel better. I am only using it 10 minutes a day and I've only used two levels so far. I look forward to trying other levels but I'm taking it slow.

I waited a few months to write my review. The vibration plate arrived on time and exactly as described. It is easy to understand and use. You can do some other motions/excercises while using the plate like squats. Some of the intensity levels are quite strong. Start out on the low level and work your way up. Overall you can feel it working. You engage your core and balance. Vibration plates or similar variations have been around for a while. This is a good item to purchase.

This machine is amazing! Perfect for leveling up your workout routine or looking to give your muscles some relief from the stress of the daily grind. So far I’ve tried three of the programs and can’t pick my favorite. My shoulders don’t have that tight feeling and I can fall right to sleep after a session on the vibration plate. I ordered this after hearing about it from a friend and how much she loved using it. I decided to order one for myself after researching and seeing how many people are happy with theirs. After the first time I knew that I was going to love this plate and I do! It's low impact which is important to me because of an ankle injury from years ago and my ankle isn't very stable anymore.This is very sturdy and I can definitely tell as I am using it that it is working the muscles. I don't hurt afterwards which is nice so I feel like it's something I will use all the time. My husband has used it too and we both love it. He's a runner but still jumps on this in the morning before he goes outside and also after lunch.I use it several times a day and just added the straps for arm strength training. So very glad my friend told me about this and I love it and can't wait to see what results happen after a few months of using it.

I purchased this last week but I was impressed immediately with the sturdiness of this vibration plate! There are 5 preset modes for use and it connects to Bluetooth easily. I use it for relaxation after a long walk/run as well as if I’m sitting on the couch and just letting it vibrate my legs. There are also arm resistance ropes you can use and they are pretty good. I wish they were adjustable. That would be the only negative.
