Great product, easy to use and arrived in a little storage bag. We brought this when local pharmacy’s had no in ear thermometers in stock, arrived quickly.

Worked ok for a while, however, 6 months later it seems to be giving the wrong temperature. Not accurate.I am now changing and giving a 5* rating as the company messages me asap to offer either a refund or a new product free of charge due to the product being inaccurate after this time. Brilliant communication and solved instantly.

It is not only useless, it's dangerous.I immediately complained on the phone to Amazon (who shouldn't class products like this as an 'Amazon Choice', it's unethical and shouldn't be allowed as an endorsement on items like this) I've had it refunded, and thrown it in the bin.Reasons being. It doesn't work, unless the temperature in my ears and forehead ranges from 27 to 33⁰, and changes by about 3⁰ every 30 seconds. Apparently it's been calibrated in laboratory conditions, the dubious QC certificate claims so and 'frequently asked questions' confirms this is an accurate and consistent product. If you check the consistency of 1 star reviews? It's a different story. I am satisfied I was using it correctly and tried over a period of 48 hours.It comes as no surprise to me that this is a Chinese product. The instructions are comprehensive and extensive, it's unfortunate that they are utter gibberish though. For example, at no point do they tell you how to actually take a forehead reading, press on forehead or not. I spent about an hour trying to find out as I was pretty sure my forehead shouldn't be 28⁰.Rarely has a product annoyed me this much, the potential consequences are so serious.Oh and there are no batteries included.

Great value for money, pop in batteries and off ya go. Works great. Easy to use functions, self explanatory. Good product.

The instructions with it are awful. Clearly translated by someone with no knowledge of English.What the heck is 'object mode' for? The instructions to turn sounds on or off don't work at all, and the quick start guide fails to mention exactly how you take a reading. Very poor.Edit to add that the sellers were excellent and refunded without a quibble. Now if only I could find a good mercury thermometer. Sigh. Those things actually worked.
