Headphone jack faulty: only getting sound from one side of headphones
Only getting sound from one side of headphones. Tried two sets of headphones, both behave the same - the headphones work fine with other devices.

It works but it could be better
It charges and reproduces audio without artefacts, audio is clean but left and right channels are switched, I’ve tested with different devices.On my iPhone 13 the first 4 volumes steps have a big difference, and the lower is not low enough when listening at night

Only does half a job
Worked for headphones on one phone but not another as some others have found. It showed it was charging but the battery % continued dropping even with minimal use of the phone

Only Works Intermittantly
Worked ok when first plugged in but there was an occasional faint hum audible when nothing was playing. on the second day it wouldn't work. Plugged it in, added the headphones and the sound still came from the phone and not through the headphones. Unplugged everything, shut down and restarted the phone but still the adaptor didn't work. Tried again a few hours later and all worked ok, but then the next day it was back to not working. Returned it and got a refund.
