I'm walking upright and most of my pain is gone! JUST GET IT NOW!
I've used this about 8 hours a day for 2 weeks since it arrived. I was 'hunching' over often - especially as I walked and that left me with lower back pain. I didn't want to become one of those 'old people' who hunches over all the time. This has been nothing short of a miracle. I'm walking upright and MOST of the pain is gone.Other people complain about:1. Pinching around the underarm area. Well, I guess it does do that - but it's not that bad at all for ME.2. That it slides. This happens when you bend over which is natural. When I stand back up, I just pull the belt part back down and I'm good to go.3. That it doesn't fit. I went by the sizing and it fits perfect!Folks, this is a back brace/posture corrector in the $30-$40 range - what do you want? For me it's been absolutely amazing! The ONLY issue I had was putting it on the first time. Yeah - seems pretty straight forward after using it for a few weeks but first time? FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS - THEY ARE VERY USEFUL!

Great support
Absolutely! Here’s a longer version of that message:My fiancé has been absolutely loving the support he’s getting from the back brace. It’s made such a noticeable difference for him, and he’s been feeling so much more comfortable throughout the day. Whether he’s moving around, sitting for long periods, or just trying to get through his usual routine, the brace gives him the extra stability he needs. It’s been such a relief to see him feeling better and having that added support, and we’re both really happy with how well it’s working.

Works well but does rub near arm pits
My posture did improve and was supported. But the shoulder straps was rubbing on my arm pits. I bought boot straps (that had clips on them) to pull the shoulder straps across my chest and closer together. That stopped the chafing. The maker of such supports should consider this to prevent chafing.

Frankly a little uncomfortable
I rarely write reviews. So I’m making this brief~Pros-1: Frankly one of the best back braces I ever wore keeps my back in place throughout my entire shift-2: It’s rather durable I had no problems so far.Protected my lower back from an projectile box~Cons-1: The fabric is not breathable at all. not suited for warehouse work at all. My shirt is drenched with sweat after every shift.~2: The straps are really wide. I’m a guy with broad shoulders and they get in my way allot when I’m lifting/loading even loosening the straps a little it still bothers me a bit.~3:The Velcro range is rather short I have a relatively skinny waist and yet it annoys me having to take off one of my shoulder straps just to take off the vest.(This one is personal preference)-IMHO you get your moneys worth if your on a budget, if you work in a warehouse and don’t want to look like you jumped in an pool every shift. I’d steer clear and try to look elsewhere.

Best Yet!
First the not so good. This is my third try with this product. The size chart goes by height and weight and waist size which missed me totally. So the first try was on the store and second was on me. Thankfully the returns were seamless. I knew with the first one, even though the size was way too big that it was going to be a slam dunk when get the right size. I’m 72 and have had back problems since childhood and a spinal fusion at 53 so pain, stiffness and weakness is too familiar. As you can imagine I have had a bazillion braces or supports of some sort over the years, primarily for lumbar spine. I read the reviews before purchase and one purchaser said that their physical therapist said that this brand was the best. I’m wearing the right size now and yes indeedy I have a friend helping me stay in the game! What I like is that my thoracic spine ( mid-back) is weak and I need flexible yet rigid support which is comfortable and stable. This thing helps me both to perform and recover from physical activities. I will be putting it to the test daily for the next two weeks and will give an update

The best
I have been using the posture corrector girdle for a few weeks now and I can say that I am really impressed with its results. The brace is comfortable and easy to wear, and it has really helped me improve my posture.First of all, the girdle is adjustable and fits my body perfectly. It is also breathable, which means that I don't feel hot and sweaty when I wear it. In addition, the girdle is discreet enough to wear under my clothes without being noticeable. But most importantly, I have noticed a great improvement in my posture since I started wearing it. My back feels straighter and my neck and shoulders are more relaxed. I've even noticed a decrease in the headaches I used to get due to my poor posture. In summary, the posture corrector brace has been an excellent investment in my health. It is comfortable, easy to use and has significantly improved my posture in just a few weeks. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve their posture and reduce back and neck pain.

No more Quasimodo!
I could tell from the moment I put this device on, it was the right one for me. I have a pronounced curve to my upper back (front to rear, not side to side) that makes me look like the Hunchback of Notre Dame. I'm 6 ft, 210 lbs, 37 waist and the XL size fits fine. It pulls my slouching shoulders down and back and is very comfortable to wear over a tshirt. Very happy with this!
